The Donmar Warehouse reserves the right to:
(a) refuse admission to the Theatre
(b) request any ticket holder to leave the Theatre and take any appropriate action to enforce this right
Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
No tickets may be re-sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than the Ambassador Theatre Group Box Office or one of its authorised ticket agents (unauthorised outlets include websites such as auction sites). Failure to comply will make this ticket void.
Whilst the Donmar takes responsibility for tickets purchased directly through the Ambassador Theatre Group Box Office and website, we will not be responsible for tickets that have been sold through unauthorised methods.
Tickets are sold subject to the Donmar's right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause. There are generally no understudies.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance or not at all. There is a monitor in the circle bar where latecomers can view the performance.
Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
Every member of the audience must have a ticket.
Children under the age of four cannot be admitted in to the auditoriums.
Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions; details are available at the Box Office after the first preview
Price reductions are limited and are allocated at the management's discretion.
Standing tickets are only sold after all seats have been sold.
Day Seats are to be paid by credit/debit card only, maximum of 2 tickets per person, excludes certain dates.
