Pathways: supporting the next generation of talent

At the Donmar, we are passionate about supporting the next generation of talent. Our CATALYST Youth programmes support young people from our home boroughs of Camden and Westminster access skills development opportunities with exceptional theatre-makers.

This week, we welcomed 26 young people aged 16 -18 for Pathways, an opportunity to explore the range of career pathways available in theatre and the wider creative industries.

They’ve taken part in workshops on design, sound, technical theatre, stage management, marketing, participation, costume, lighting, audio description, and producing. They’ve had Q&As with an artistic panel, visited the rehearsal room, and had speed networking with the entire Donmar team.
