Pathways Work Experience

Donmar’s Pathways programme is designed to introduce young people aged 16-18, who are currently living and/or studying in Camden & Westminster, to the range of career pathways available in theatre and the wider creative industries. Across 5 days, you will gain practical, hands-on experience with professionals working in Producing, Marketing, Fundraising, Participation, and Technical Theatre.

Over the week, you will work closely with industry professionals to develop transferable skills including collaboration, organisation, communication and public speaking. As part of the programme, participants will be supported in setting goals and identifying next steps in their own career pathway.
