How to use credit

Credit may have been issued if a performance you were due to attend was cancelled, or for tickets you’ve returned.

Visit your account on our website, then select ‘Account Credit’ from the menu and your credit will be displayed.

Book the tickets you’d like, then there will be the option to pay for tickets with your credit during the checkout process – just tick the box below ‘Current credit available’.
