Profile
Patricia Ojehonmon
Patricia is a Dramatherapist whose work focuses on reflective practice, actor wellbeing, and psychologically safe creative spaces within theatre and training environments. She collaborates with actors, directors, and creative teams throughout rehearsal and performance processes, offering facilitated reflective spaces that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and group cohesion. Her work draws on dramatherapy, embodied practices, and creative reflection to help artists process the complex emotional landscapes that can emerge during rehearsal and performance.
Patricia has worked across theatre productions, actor training programmes, and community contexts, supporting artists to navigate challenging material while maintaining wellbeing. At the heart of her practice is the creation of “brave spaces” where individuals and ensembles can reflect, connect, and grow through the creative process.
