We care deeply about developing the next generation of audiences, artists, and theatre-makers.
We provide programmes for young people in our home boroughs of Camden and Westminster through Donmar LOCAL.
Our CATALYST talent development programmes offer paid positions for emerging artists and administrators, working alongside leading theatre professionals.
Young Audiences
Local schools can access our productions in their classrooms and at our Covent Garden home.

Schools' Tour
Each year, the Donmar tours productions directly into local secondary schools, bringing inspiring theatre experiences to students aged 11–14.

Schools Performances
Our LOCAL schools performances open up the Donmar to local schools, offering free access to our productions.

Donmar LOCAL Productions
Bringing the urgent stories of our community to life onstage and online, sharing work as widely as possible.
Young Artists
Young people create theatre on the Donmar stage, exploring the issues that matter most to them
Talent Development
Our talent development programmes have two core strands: CATALYST Youth offers pathways for young people to access opportunities to understand the breadth of roles in the sector. CATALYST supports the next generation of leaders in the sector through programmes for artists and administrators.
