Where can I find my ticket(s)?
Your ticket(s) will have been emailed to you at the time of booking. You can also find your ticket(s) by logging into your account and going to the E Tickets section.
Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, but with sufficient notice, we can offer you an exchange to another performance or issue you credit on your Donmar Warehouse account in lieu of tickets you can no longer use. (See credit section below)
Customers must contact us at least 24 hours in advance for us to offer credit or an exchange outright.
Customers returning tickets outside of the box office opening times should email boxoffice@donmarwarehouse.com. The email timestamp will be taken as time of contact.
If you contact us more than 24 hours before the performance that you are booked for:
- We will initially try and exchange your tickets to a different performance of the same production, depending on availability.
- If we are not able to exchange your booking, we can credit your Donmar Warehouse account.
If you contact us with less than 24 hours notice we can offer the following:
- If the performance is sold out of available tickets (including any last minute production holds) we will accept your tickets back for resale. We reserve the right not to accept tickets for re-sale. We cannot guarantee the resale of your tickets.
- If tickets are resold we will credit your Donmar Warehouse account. If your tickets are resold, you will be contacted by the Box Office within 72 hours of the performance.
- If the performance is not sold out we are not able to offer to credit, exchange or resell tickets.

Do you charge a booking fee?
Every booking made online, via telephone or in person will be subject to a £1.75 transaction fee. Members don’t pay any transaction fees.
Are there ways to save on tickets?
If you’re aged 16-35 you can get £20 tickets for most performances. Sign up to our exclusive email list to book seats located throughout the theatre including the front row.
£15 standing tickets are available through our Donmar Daily Release. An allocation of tickets will be released every morning, Monday – Saturday, at 10am for performances seven days later. These are only available online, subject to availability and may not be available for some performances.
Do you sell last minute tickets?
Yes, our Donmar Daily Release means there are tickets available for our productions every day online. A small allocation of tickets will be released every morning, Monday – Saturday, at 10am for performances seven days later. These are only available online, subject to availability and may not be available for some performances.
Any returned tickets are made available online to purchase. You can also ask in person at the Box Office.
Do you have Access tickets?
Access tickets are available in each price band across the run of a production (subject to availability). If you require a companion to attend the Donmar, their ticket will be free. Wheelchair and Access ticket bookings can be made online, by telephone on 020 3282 3808, or in person. If you have any access queries, please email access@donmarwarehouse.com
How do I use my account credit?
- Donmar Warehouse credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, subject to a £2 per ticket admin fee (see Fees section above). After this point any unused credit automatically becomes a donation to the Donmar.
- You won’t receive a reminder when your credit will expire, so please check it on your account page online or by contacting the box office directly. When you login to your account you will see an option to view credit.
- To book the tickets you’d like, there will be the option to pay for tickets with your credit during the checkout process – just tick the box below ‘Current credit available’.
What happens if a performance is cancelled?
If we are required to cancel a performance, we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity. We can hold the value of your tickets on your Donmar Warehouse account as credit for future bookings. Alternatively we can offer a full refund.
Can I resell my tickets?
Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes the ticket void. No tickets may be re-sold for any reason by any outlet other than the Donmar Warehouse Box Office or one of our authorised ticket agents (unauthorised outlets include websites such as auction sites).
Failure to comply will make this ticket void. Whilst we take responsibility for tickets purchased directly through the Donmar Box Office, our website and authorised ticket agencies, we will not be responsible for tickets that have been sold through unauthorised methods.
Bookers with tickets purchased through an unauthorised vendor will not in any circumstances receive an exchange or refund from the Donmar and we reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone whose tickets have been purchased through an unauthorised agency or third party.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, you can buy gift vouchers here. These can be used to buy tickets. You can also buy gift memberships. Take a look at the different membership levels and choose the 'Gift Membership' option.
