We are all too aware that with the hard realities of both cost-of-living and housing crises, younger audiences could be feeling priced out of making theatre a part of their lives. We want everyone to have the chance to experience the Donmar, and we have therefore made a commitment to ensuring that there will be thousands of £20 tickets available for audiences aged 35 and under.
How to sign up
Are you new to the Donmar?
You'll need to first register for an account. You'll then need to sign into your account, click the 'contact preferences' tab, and tick ‘JOIN OUR 35 AND UNDER LIST’. You will also need to add your date of birth to your account under the 'details' tab to be able to access £20 tickets.
Do you already have a Donmar account?
Sign into your account, click the 'contact preferences' tab, and tick ‘JOIN OUR 35 AND UNDER LIST’. You will also need to add your date of birth to your account under the 'details' tab to be able to access £20 tickets.
Do you have any access requirements?
If you have access requirements, you'll need to register for our Access scheme. Just email access@donmarwarehouse.com or phone on 020 3282 3808.
Once you've done that, or if you're already registered, then sign into your account, click the 'contact preferences' tab, and tick ‘JOIN OUR 35 AND UNDER LIST’. You will also need to add your date of birth to your account under the 'details' tab to be able to access £20 tickets.
Are you a Donmar Friend?
If you're a friend, and aged 35 and under, you just need to login into your account, click the 'contact preferences' tab, and tick ‘JOIN OUR 35 AND UNDER LIST’. You will also need to add your date of birth to your account under the 'details' tab to be able to access £20 tickets. This will also enable you to purchase £20 tickets during the Friends priority booking period. Find out about becoming a Member.
How to book 35 and Under Tickets
See what's on, click the BOOK TICKETS button then the 35 AND UNDER tab. You will be prompted to login to your account and then you will be able to see which performances have £20 tickets available. They will appear as blue stars on the seating plan. If there aren't any blue stars appearing on the date you're looking at then they've sold out. You will need to have added your date of birth to your account to access these seats.
Terms and conditions
- Only available to audiences aged 16 to 35 at the time of attending the performance.
- You can purchase up to two tickets, but the person attending with you must also be aged 16 to 35 at the time of attending the performance.
- When you attend the theatre, you and your guest will both need to bring proof of age (e.g. passport, driver’s licence) to show at the Box Office to collect your tickets.
- Tickets are not transferable and cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend, please contact the Box Office and we will attempt to resell your tickets in line with our resale and exchange policy.
- Donmar Friends who are 35 and under will also need to sign up to be able to buy tickets during the Friends priority booking period.
- Doesn't apply to Donmar shows at other theatres.
