Opportunities for 16 - 18 year olds who want to explore a career in theatre. These programmes build practical skills and confidence, and gives an insight into the less visible roles that shape theatre.
Pathways
An annual programme running during October half term for young people, who live or study in Camden and Westminster, to work alongside Donmar staff and freelance theatre-makers to learn about the range of careers in the theatre sector.
During this week-long intensive, participants work with producing, technical, participation and marketing teams to understand the processes of putting on a Donmar production, and also work with leading designers across a range of disciplines to explore their creative process.
